- You Know the Grind.
Six-day weeks. Ten-hour "bell-to-bell" shifts. Watching the clock hit 8:00 PM while your phone is still buzzing. Holiday weekends on the lot while everyone else is at the lake. Thirty-day cycles that reset the moment the last deal funds, and the pressure never really lets up. You've been on the desk. You know how to structure a deal, hold gross, coach a sales floor, and close. You've done it in automotive — maybe you're still doing it. And if you're honest, the thought of doing it for another decade is starting to wear thin.
- What if the product you sold actually made people happy?
- This Is Different. At Fife RV Center, our customers aren't buying a commuting appliance. They're buying summer weekends at the coast. Cross-country road trips with their kids. Retirement adventures they've been planning for twenty years. They walk in
- excited
- , and they leave
- excited
- . The deal is bigger. The gross holds. And the hours?
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- You'll actually have your evenings back. RV sales in the Pacific Northwest is a growing market — Washington posted a 4.3% increase in new RV sales last year, and camping participation in the region is up 18% since 2021. This isn't a sidegrade. It's a better lane.
- Who We Are Fife RV Center has been family-owned and operated since 1998 — 28 years in the same location on the I-5 corridor between Seattle and Tacoma. We're one of the highest-volume RV dealers in the region, carrying everything from travel trailers and fifth wheels to toy haulers and motorized RVs from top manufacturers.
