We're looking for a passionate and business-savvy General Manager to lead our team in a new Kirkland location, grow our membership, and create an environment where people love to train. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities Leadership, Community Building, and Personal Training Uphold Alloy's mission and core values , ensuring staff members flourish and do their best work. Lead all staff meetings , oversee training staff, and create a positive, motivating gym culture. Engage with clients regularly, conducting accountability check-ins and keeping members excited to train. Train 10 hours per week , while managing the business for 30 hours per week . Sales & Growth Conduct introductory membership sales sessions and follow Alloy's proven sales process to convert leads into loyal members. Track and optimize key business metrics using Mindbody and Go High Level (leads, bookings, retention). Follow up with members who haven't trained recently to reignite their motivation . Operations & Marketing Oversee daily studio operations , including opening/closing procedures, maintenance, and cleanliness. Drive marketing efforts, including social media engagement and local digital campaigns . Organize community events that strengthen member connections and enhance brand visibility. Team Development Recruit, train, and schedule staff, ensuring a high-energy and professional coaching team. Conduct quarterly employee evaluations and provide coaching to help staff grow. What We're Looking For A leader who brings energy, positivity, and fun to the studio. Passion for helping people live their best lives through fitness. Sales experience with a proven ability to drive membership growth. Fitness instruction experience CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
