Training Director The Fitness Compound Marysville, WA (with potential support in Bothell and future locations) Overview We are seeking a high-level Training Director to lead our coaching team, drive client results, and grow both in-person and online training revenue. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment , holds themselves to a high standard, and is ready to take ownership of both team development and business growth. Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop a team of trainers Deliver and uphold a premium client experience focused on results and retention Drive sales for personal training and online coaching Support consultations and improve conversion rates Track and manage sales reports, KPIs, and client data Maintain structure, accountability, and team performance Ensure proper use of coaching software, CRM, and scheduling systems What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience in fitness, coaching, or a similar role Strong sales ability with a track record of driving revenue Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems/platforms Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Professional, accountable, and solution-driven Someone who leads from the front and takes ownership Compensation Hourly pay (based on experience) Commission opportunities on top of base pay Growth potential within a rapidly growing, high-performance company To Apply Submit your resume and a brief introduction outlining your experience in leadership, coaching, and sales.
