DEFINITION OF POSITION
Assist with the coordination of the 6-8 athletic and activities programs at Lincoln Middle School
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR
Assistant Middle School Principal
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Three years advising/coaching experience Experience leading, supervising and organizing an extra-curricular activities program Ability to simultaneously manage a variety of programs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree Non-athletic student activity experience Head coaching experience
ESSENTIAL JOB-RELATED ACTIVITIES
Manage schedule and coordinate activities Provide for supervision of student activities Maintain master activity calendar Administer Title IX and Sex Equity regulations Monitor and administer activities budget Articulate a clear vision of the activities and athletics programs and ensure successful implementation Work positively and effectively with a wide variety of people both inside and outside the organization (i.e. staff, students, parents, community members, etc.) Work with colleagues in a collaborative manner Meet multiple demands in a pressure situation and maintain high levels of quality work Maintain confidentiality Communicate clearly, both orally and in writing Work with minimal supervision and be flexible Perform all other duties as assigned

$4,297-$6,124 per full school year
