Studio Manager / Lead Vital Stretch Practitioner — Mequon, WI Vital Stretch Mequon is hiring its founding Studio Manager to lead daily operations, deliver assisted-stretch sessions, and build the studio's member base from launch. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants ownership-style accountability without the financial risk of ownership. The Mequon studio is opening summer 2026 as the first Vital Stretch location in southeastern Wisconsin, serving the North Shore Milwaukee area. About Vital Stretch Vital Stretch is a growing boutique assisted-stretching brand serving athletes, active professionals, desk workers, and adults focused on long-term mobility and healthspan. Members come to Vital Stretch to move better, recover faster, and stay active longer. Sessions are one-on-one with a certified Vital Stretch Practitioner who delivers customized assisted-stretch protocols rooted in functional anatomy and movement science. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one assisted-stretch sessions as the studio's lead Vital Stretch Practitioner Hire, train, develop, and manage the studio team Own member acquisition: lead generation, intro session conversion, retention, and referral growth Run daily operations including scheduling, intros, member experience, and studio cleanliness Track and hit lead-conversion KPIs across the funnel from leads to bookings, bookings to showed, showed to converted, and member retention Build local community partnerships with athletic clubs, wellness providers, senior-focused organizations, and corporate wellness programs Represent the brand on social media and in-studio Manage administrative tasks including session check-ins, payroll input, and operational reporting Compensation Base salary $42,000-$46,000 annually, commensurate with experience Realistic year-one total target compensation $50,000-$56,000 through a defined performance bonus structure tied to memberships, in-studio utilization, and lead-conversion KPIs 401(k) retirement plan with safe harbor employer match equal to 100% of the first 4% of compensation contributed, fully vested immediately (subject to standard plan eligibility) Two complimentary stretch sessions per month 12 days paid time off in year one Vital Stretch Method certification provided Growth Path This role is positioned as the foundation for the studio's long-term leadership team and for future expansion. For the right candidate, demonstrated performance and continued business growth may lead to promotion to General Manager with expanded responsibilities, increased base compensation, and participation in additional incentive programs. Required Qualifications Background in fitness, personal training, sports performance, mobility coaching, or licensed massage therapy One of the following certifications, or eligibility and willingness to earn one within 90 days of hire (Vital Stretch will fund certification costs): NASM-CPT, ACE-CPT, ACSM-CPT, NSCA-CSCS, or active LMT license Sales experience or demonstrated comfort with consultative selling, including converting prospects into members Strong organizational skills, team leadership, and ability to manage multiple priorities Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct Comfortable with regular in-studio presence including evenings and Saturdays Schedule Full-time exempt salaried position, approximately 40-45 hours per week. Schedule includes evening hours (until approximately 8:00 PM) and Saturday availability based on studio operating hours. The Mequon studio location is in Ozaukee County, serving the North Shore Milwaukee area including Cedarburg, Brown Deer, Whitefish Bay, Bayside, Thiensville, Grafton, and surrounding communities.
