Club Director STATUS:
Part-Time (School-Year) Full-Time (Summer) Hours 25-30
Club Shift:
2:00PM - 6:30PM (additional hours may be available) Job Requires a Complete Background Check and Drug Screen Job Requires Fingerprint Clearance Card that will be paid for through payroll deduction.
JOB SUMMARY

Under guidance of Club Director, provide inspirational leadership and transformational programs to our members. Provide a quality, consistent and positive youth experience. Foster a culture of greatness for all who interact with the Clubs. BGCCAZ Core Values and Principles Promote BGCCAZ Mission and Vision, in accordance with our Core Valuesto ensure greatness for Club members, families leadership team and community. Provide consistent and professional communication to staff, members, volunteers and guests. Provide guidance, positive role modeling and recognition to Club members. Follow Behavior Greatness Plan in responding to any behavior challenges from Club members. Job Responsibilities and Duties Assist Club Director in monitoring and maintaining a safe and clean Club Environment. Responsible for the organization of cleaning and office supplies. Assist with Club Activity Transitions. Assist with kitchen and snack programs. Support Club activities for safety and ratio purposes. Clean club on a daily basis. Other duties as assigned. Activity Responsibilities Classroom management with a ratio of 1:20 Deliver Club Curriculum as assigned by the Club Director Responsible for the maintenance, organization and cleanliness of program supplies and assigned activity spaces. Conduct the classroom in accordance with the Leader Handbook and Behavior greatness plan. Qualifications Experience working with youth preferred. High School degree or equivalent Minimum age 18 years old or older
