Lead Camp Educator

Varies Bellflower, CA Fresno, CA Lake Elsinore, CA Lancaster, CA Merced, CA Richmond, CA Responsibilities Plan and lead daily lessons aligned to the camp theme and student skill levels Teach core content (Dance, DJing, Beat-Making, Music, Art, or K-2 foundational enrichment) Manage classroom culture, behavior, and student engagement Guide students in creating a final project or performance Differentiate instruction to support varying skill levels Collaborate with assistants and site staff to ensure smooth daily operations Track attendance and support basic program documentation Communicate needs, progress, and concerns to Camp Site Lead Experience Experience teaching or leading youth programs (school, camp, or community-based) Strong content knowledge in assigned subject area Classroom management and group facilitation skills Ability to lead with energy, structure, and positivity

Pay:

$50.00 - $100.00 per hour
