About the Role The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager with daily park operations, staff leadership, guest experience, safety, and event execution. This is an active, floor-based leadership position that helps maintain park standards and build a strong team culture. Responsibilities Operations Support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures Ensure smooth shift execution and strong guest flow Team Leadership Lead and support team members on the floor Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback Help foster a positive and productive work environment Guest Experience Deliver safe, clean, memorable experiences for guests Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Staffing & Scheduling Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling Support timekeeping, attendance, and shift coverage Inventory & Cash Handling Monitor inventory and restock supplies Maintain accurate cash-handling procedures Safety & Events Enforce all safety protocols and operational standards Support birthday parties, group events, and special activities Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience (entertainment, hospitality, retail, food service, or recreation preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities Passion for guest service ServSafe certification required (or willingness to obtain) Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, POS systems) Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation Physical Requirements Ability to stand for 6-8 hours per shift Ability to walk, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable in a loud, high-energy environment Benefits Competitive hourly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Professional development and advancement opportunities FREE park admission + food and retail discounts Growth opportunities within
