Job Description

Role Overview:
The senior student leadership role responsible for site-specific administration, parent relations, and staff relay coordination. We are seeking "Industry Experts with a Heart for Inclusion." You will lead our three core labs, bridging professional-grade skills (Coding, Entrepreneurship, or Fine Arts) with adaptive instruction for youth of all learning abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Discipline Instruction:
Execute lab-specific curriculum with a focus on motor skills and vocational readiness.
Inclusion Design:
Adapt professional tools (instruments, software, inventory systems) for varying tactile or sensory sensitivities.
Pilot Collaboration:
Work with Bridge Specialists to ensure the Lab goals align with student sensory profiles.
Elite Concierge:
Enforcing the "Observation Zone" boundary and managing parent intake/outtake.
Site Safety Officer:
Command Lead for "Code Red" elopement drills and the "911 Threshold"
SOP. SOI
Delivery:
Final synthesis and Friday 5:00 PM delivery of the Social ROI reports to parents.
Relay Coordination:
Leading the Week 6 "Social Blueprint" hand-off to the incoming cohort. Mandatory Compliance (Pre-Start):
Dated Mandates:
Mandated Reporter, HIPAA, TB, and Auto Insurance proof.
Background:
Valid Live Scan / DOJ Clearance.
Compensation:
State-funded hourly wage (Higher tier if approved by Agency).
Specific Tracks:
Arts & Music:
Lead the "Stage-Ready" curriculum, using rhythm and expression as a bridge for communication.
Tech & Innovation:
Teach coding, AI, and digital arts, ensuring technology serves as a sensory-friendly enabler. Kid-Biz™ (Vocational): Facilitate the business incubator, guiding students from "Idea to Market."
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
