Lead Janitor / Club Pride (full time or Part time)

Job Summary Our janitorial staff is the backbone of the "Club Pride" everyone shares for the facility where they work. Experience in cleaning and making repairs is preferred, but we are willing to train people who are passionate about keeping our facilities beautifully maintained! There are both full and part time positions available and room for advancement depending on your skills and ambition. All Club Pride staff members are given a complimentary club membership.

Full-time/Part time We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Lead Janitor / Club Pride to champion cleanliness, safety, and maintenance across our facilitie. This pivotal role involves leading janitorial teams, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. As a leader in facilities upkeep, you will coordinate cleaning operations, oversee custodial tasks, and uphold the highest levels of hygiene and safety protocols. Your proactive approach will foster pride in our club spaces, creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Lead and supervise janitorial staff to ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Develop and implement cleaning schedules for various areas including floors, restrooms, common spaces, and specialized facilities Perform and oversee detailed cleaning activities such as floor buffing, industrial cleaning, and residential painting touch-ups when necessary Maintain equipment used for commercial cleaning, custodial tasks, and floor care to ensure optimal performance Coordinate with management to address facility repair needs or safety hazards promptly Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of custodial equipment Experience Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong background in commercial or industrial cleaning environments Skilled in floor care techniques Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and commercial cleaning supplies Ability to perform facilities maintenance tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards Prior porter experience or similar roles demonstrating responsibility for cleanliness and facility upkeep Join us as a vital part of our team where your leadership will elevate our standards of cleanliness and safety! Pay:

$16.75 - $20.00 per hour
