This role helps create a safe, organized, and positive environment for youth while supporting day-to-day program operations alongside our Director of Youth Services. Schedule:

STEAM Program:

Monday-Friday | 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM on school days

Vacation Station & Day Camp:

Hours vary between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Part-time hours vary weekly based on attendance and programming needs

What We're Looking For:

Must be at least 21 years old Experience working with youth preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass FDLE background screening CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain training)

What You'll Do:

Help lead and support youth programs and activities Assist with planning meetings, trips, and special events Maintain clean, safe, and organized program spaces Build positive mentoring relationships with youth Support leadership development and service-learning activities Help ensure smooth daily operations and facility security
