Negotiate contracts with vendors, performers, caterers, and venue operators to secure optimal terms and services. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for each event, including promotional campaigns, social media outreach, and community engagement efforts. Upsell additional services such as catering, merchandise, or premium packages to enhance revenue streams. Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring safety standards are met and guest experiences are exceptional. Manage budgets meticulously, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries from clients, partners, vendors, and attendees promptly and professionally. Coordinate with internal teams on event marketing initiatives and ensure all logistical details are executed flawlessly. Maintain detailed records of contracts, vendor agreements, event reports, and feedback for continuous improvement. Skills Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements with partners and vendors. Proven experience in event marketing and event planning within kids' entertainment or hospitality sectors.
