Overview:

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Include:
Ensuring the safe operation of the park.Assist with the aquatics work crew projects.
Assisting with overseeing the aquatics staff through daily training, coaching, discipline, and rewards as necessary.
Assisting with department and division training.
Works an assigned life guarding / ride attendant position when necessaryReceive and maintain a High Pass / Exceeds in all Ellis and Department AuditsWorking with Operations Staff to ensure department and park goals are achieved.
Ensuring Guest First Standards are followed and enforced.
Maintaining high throughput goals.
Handling guest comments and complaints.
Ensuring all training requirements and testing procedures are adhered to as set forth by Six Flags.
Other tasks assigned by Aquatics or Park Management team.
Payrate:
$•- $•/hr.Qualifications:
At least 1 - 2 years of aquatics experience (lifeguard, ride attendant)Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.Must possess an enthusiastic and positive Guest First Orientation and enjoy working with people.
Ability to motivate with excellent leadership skills.
Must be self-motivated.
Must achieve, receive and maintain Ellis and Associates Special Facilities Certification.
Outstanding performance as a team member.
Must be able to respond immediately, adapt to, and oversee all emergency situations.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Physical Requirements:
