Job Description

Dog Day Camp Team Member (Full-Time / Part-Time) Mirror Image
K9 - MIK9
Behavior Center At Mirror Image K9, we believe the relationship between dogs and their owners is everything. Our mission is to help build that connection through clear communication, structure, and strong leadership—always advocating for the dog in front of us. We're not your typical doggie daycare. Our Day Camp is a structured, training-focused environment where dogs learn how to properly socialize, build confidence, and develop better behavior. We're looking for team members who want to be part of that process.
What You'll Do:
Work hands-on with 15-20 dogs per day (Monday-Friday) Guide structured socialization and behavior in group settings Build individual relationships with each dog Support daily training, fulfillment, and routine Assist with baths, nail trims, and basic grooming Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with dogs (training experience is a plus) Genuine interest in dog behavior and psychology Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable being active and on your feet all day Team player with a positive, coachable attitude Why Mirror Image K9?
