Click here for more about this department Responsibilities a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;} What you'll do Assist in conducting and monitoring recreational program activities to ensure programs are safe, organized, and follow established rules and procedures. Open, secure, and clean program areas before and after use to maintain safe, ready-to-use spaces for participants and events. Assist with camps and large programs, providing basic instruction under supervision to support participant engagement and program success. Inspect program areas and equipment and recommend maintenance or repairs to help prevent safety issues and disruptions. Maintain participation records, collect fees, and manage recreational equipment to support accurate program operations. Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, assisting at reception, processing registrations, and supporting special events. REQUIRES
At least 16 years of age. May be required to possess a valid state-issued driver's license in accordance with City of KCMO policies. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen as prescribed by the City.
