This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and strong financial performance during all events, including professional sports games, concerts, and special events. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of premium club spaces including lounges and member-only dining areas, ensuring all areas are fully staffed, stocked, and operationally ready before guest arrival. Manage service execution for all events including pre-event, in-event, and post-event operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Lead, train, and develop a team of bartenders, servers, and supervisors. Ensure proper staffing levels based on event size and complexity and coach staff on service standards, upselling, and guest engagement. Deliver a premium, high-touch hospitality experience for VIP members and guests, addressing concerns quickly and professionally while building relationships with repeat clientele. Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and service execution. Enforce compliance with all local and state alcohol laws and regulations, including proper liquor handling and waste procedures, while maintaining all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Qualifications Food and beverage management experience in high-volume or premium hospitality environments is a plus. Experience in sports or entertainment venues, hotels, or upscale restaurants is a plus. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to manage large teams. Knowledge of inventory systems, POS systems, and labor management tools. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 30-50 pounds in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Work is performed in a sports and entertainment venue with exposure to large crowds, loud environments, and variable schedules tied to event operations. Must pass a criminal background check. This is an hourly non-exempt position .
