Schedule:
5 Trade Shows annually | 5 days per show (2 setup days + 3 show days) January, March, June, August, October Join the NEAC Team The New England Apparel Club (NEAC) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registration Team Leader to oversee and manage the registration process for our trade shows. This role is essential to creating a seamless and positive experience for buyers, exhibitors, manufacturers, and event participants. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and can effectively manage multiple moving parts while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities As the Registration Team Leader, you will: Oversee the complete buyer registration process for all NEAC trade shows Implement and maintain registration policies and procedures Manage and ensure the integrity and accuracy of the registration database Maintain updated records of all registrants and customer information Welcome and qualify new stores and buyers according to NEAC standards and enter information into the database Serve as the primary contact for registration-related questions and participant communication Train, supervise, and support the registration team on processes and systems Train and manage show volunteers Resolve registration issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner Coordinate troubleshooting efforts with off-site IT support to ensure registration systems and equipment function properly Monitor inventory and prepare supply lists for the Show Manager Ensure all registration operations run efficiently before and during trade shows Qualifications & Skills We are looking for candidates with: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure Experience supervising or leading teams preferred Technical proficiency with databases, registration software, and computer systems Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently What Makes You Successful in This Role You are: Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable leading and supporting a team Calm and effective in a fast-paced event environment Proactive and solution-focused Dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for all participants Compensation $2500 per show + accommodations and daily meals.
