The Seabrook Recreation Department is looking for reliable, motivated and energetic staff for our 2026 Summer Camp Team!

Responsibilities Include:

Able to plan, prepare and lead activities with approx. 20 campers Able to delegate to support staff and be a team player Able to handle discipline issues within the group as they arise Able to communicate well with fellow staff, parents and campers Able to keep accurate attendance and lunch count records Able to maturely interact with campers as a role model Able to manage group transitions from one area to another Willing to perform tasks delegated by Camp Director or Rec. Dept. Director Able to attend all 7 Weeks of the

Summer Camp Work Session Minimum Requirements:

Minimum age 18 by the start of camp Currently certified in 1st aid / CPR Must pass background check and drug screening High School graduate or G.E.D. (preferred candidate will have degree in education or related field) Experience in leading recreation and group activities, experience working with youth / Preschool thru Middle School.
