Linwood Country Club in Linwood, NJ is looking for one boh supervisor to join our team. We are located on 500 Shore Road. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged. Responsibilities Supervise cooks and kitchen helpers Ensure kitchen staff is adhering to health and safety regulations Purchase food and kitchen supplies as needed Maintain quality and consistency of all food served Qualifications Proven experience as a BOH Supervisor Knowledge of health and safety regulations Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities Knowledge of common practices and procedures in a restaurant environment We are looking forward to reading your application.
