You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations, store opening and/or closing, staff supervision. This position will be in training for our AGM and GM positions. Responsibilities:

Manage, adhere to, and improve on our detailed operational practices Allocate team personnel as needed during shifts Track and forecast operational trends and analysis Provide daily operations Open & Closing store as MOD Maintain formal policies and procedures Work weekends, holidays. We work when other people play, and we play when others work!

Qualifications:

Previous experience in either/all arcade game, bowling, family entertainment center, or movie theater operations or other directly related experience, is helpful Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong leadership qualities Technical and Detail Oriented management skills Special way of getting along with others, both teammates and customers
