Reno, Nevada Montreux Golf & Country Club is seeking an energetic, dependable, and enthusiastic individual to lead our Makos Aquatics Club, a recreational summer aquatics program serving children ages 5-16.
This is not a competitive swim team coaching position. The program focuses on swim skill development, water safety, water polo, aquatic games, relays, teamwork, and creating a fun and positive experience for young members.

9:00 AM
10:00 AM Approximately 25-30 participants
Compensation:
$350 per week ($2,800 for the season) Responsibilities Lead daily aquatics programming and activities Teach basic swim skills and water safety concepts Organize water polo games, relays, and aquatic challenges Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment for participants of varying ages and abilities Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence in the water Work closely with lifeguards and club staff to ensure participant safety Communicate professionally with parents, members, and staff Qualifications Experience working with children preferred Swimming, aquatics, coaching, teaching, camp, or recreation experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Positive attitude and ability to engage groups of children Current Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications are a plus Must be dependable, energetic, organized, and safety-focused Ideal Candidates Lifeguards Swim instructors Water polo players Teachers or education students College athletes Camp counselors Recreation leaders Individuals who enjoy working with children in an active outdoor environment Join one of Northern Nevada's premier private clubs and help create a fun, memorable summer experience for our young members.
