Job Description

Seasonal Lead Cook - Summer Camp Program Echo Bay Yacht Club - New Rochelle, NY Echo Bay Yacht Club is seeking a reliable and experienced Lead Cook (Gig/Seasonal Position) to prepare and serve lunch for approximately 100 summer camp students, Monday through Friday .
Responsibilities:
Prepare daily lunch meals for a large group of campers Plan menus and assist with food ordering and preparation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Manage meal timing and ensure meals are ready for scheduled service
Qualifications:
Experience cooking for large groups (camp, school, catering, restaurant, or institutional setting preferred) Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities Positive attitude and enjoys working in a summer camp environment

Monday-Friday (Summer Seasonal)
