Kids Club Supervisor White Columns Country Club•Milton, Georgia Position Overview White Columns Country Club is seeking an energetic, responsible, and engaging Kids Club Supervisor to provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for our members' children. This role is essential in enhancing the family experience at the Club by delivering high-quality care and developing and executing interactive programming. Key Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Supervise Kid's Club Attendants and Camp Counselors Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment through games, crafts, and activities Assist in the creation and lead kids club programming Check children in and out according to Club procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's experience or any concerns Enforce Kids Club policies and safety standards consistently Assist with special events, family programming, and seasonal activities Respond calmly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies Qualifications Previous teaching, childcare, camp, or youth program experience required. (Minimum 2 years) Friendly, energetic, and patient personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage groups of children of various ages CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain while employed) Must be dependable and professional in appearance and conduct Schedule & Availability Part-time position Evenings, weekends, and holidays required based on Club activity. Weekdays during the summer are required based on Club activity.
