PARK LEAD JOB SUMMARY A

Park Lead at Urban Air Adventure Park is responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe, fun experience for guests. The role emphasizes strong customer service skills, promoting a team-focused culture, and maintaining park equipment and inventory. Park Leads open and close the park, monitor staff performance, and handle conflict management when necessary.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Open and close the park on assigned shifts. Promote and uphold a strong team culture among both employees and guests. Supervise on-site staff, mentor team members, and promote a positive workplace environment. Oversee the proper maintenance and inventory of park facilities and equipment. Monitor safety standards for both employees and customers. Assist with the execution of events, birthday parties, and group activities, making sure guests have a memorable experience. Address customer concerns and resolve conflicts as needed.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma required; some college preferred. Prior experience in a supervisor or lead role, ideally within the recreation, hospitality, or retail sector. Strong conflict resolution and people management skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff and guests. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
