Job Description

Role:
Floor Captain (Full-Time)
The Vibe:
A hybrid role between Floor Manager, Host, and Lead Server. You will be the main point of reference for the kitchen and front-of-house staff during service, ensuring smooth operations and high standards.
Requirements:
Language:
Fluent in Italian is required (most of our guests are native speakers).
Experience:
2+ years in a similar role (Captain, Lead Server, or Manager) in fast-paced environments. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
Hourly rate + tip pool participation (Estimated weekly tips: $1,000).
