This positions wage will be a full time salaried position plus tips when working a solo bartending shift. This job will include responsibilities that include but are not limited to: scheduling employee work schedules, managing revenue and ensuring all sales and cash are handled with the highest ethics and responsibility, training new employees, as well as, hiring as needed, ensuring all customer expectations are met at the highest level, general house keeping, bartending regularly with long shifts and night shifts, as well as holidays and big events, managing events and social media. General business travel will be required. Position requires candidate to be on call at times, and will be expected to be able to step in or find a replacement if staff cannot perform. Previous bartending/serving experience as well as management experience preferred. Position will begin as soon as the right candidate is found.

Requirements:

We would prefer 2 years of management experience as well as previous bartending/beertending experience. An ability to lead and manage a team of employees. A strong commitment to professional development and team building. A passion for customer service A strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure. Must be able to work a flexible schedule (including weekends). Must be able to work in all Buffalo, WY conditions.
