While no job description can possibly provide a comprehensive list of job duties, the following is a summary of the major responsibilities for the position.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with Forbes Standards for guest interactions. Following up with guest complaints and issues Coach and train staff while acting as a role model Maintain cleanliness of work area Monitor food usage during shift to ensure proper food presentation throughout food service times. Assist with scheduling and planning monthly staff meetings and encouraging a sense of teamwork and respect between all lounge associates. Maintain stock at appropriate levels and complete all side work. Attend to and anticipate guests' needs.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Previous supervisory experience Associate degree ServSafe TIPS Certification Weekend and holiday availability with occasional overtime. Multitasking with the ability to prioritize Punctuality & Efficiency Communication Customer Service in a luxury environment

Teamwork & Leadership Physical Requirements:
