Responsibilities In your role as Golf Pro / Shift Lead, your responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating events related to golf, axe throwing, and darts, with support from the facility Serving as a key holder, including performing all opening and closing duties Upholding all operational standards and regulations set by the facility Assisting with daily operations, including: Greeting guests and delivering excellent customer service Checking customers in and out Preparing and serving food and beverages Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility This role is a combination of instructional leadership and hands-on operational support, and success in this position requires engagement in both areas. We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-run environment and delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will also have the opportunity to create and manage clinics and events. Commission for clinics and events will be mutually agreed upon in advance of each event, based on scope, pricing, and involvement.
