Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Full-time seasonal (June-August)

PA Kids, a division of Pure Ambition, provides exceptional childcare and enrichment experiences in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. Our Summer Camp delivers engaging weekly themes, hands-on activities, and structured daily routines for K-5 students.
Position Overview:
We're seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Lead Teacher to join our PA Kids Summer Camp team. As a Lead Teacher, you'll guide and supervise a group of campers, implement daily programming, and ensure a safe, positive environment that promotes creativity, learning, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a group of 18-20+ students daily in structured and recreational activities Implement and adapt curriculum aligned with weekly camp themes Supervise and manage classroom behavior using positive discipline strategies Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and camp leadership Ensure camper safety and follow licensing and program guidelines Collaborate with assistant teachers and site staff for smooth camp operations Participate in staff training, daily prep, and end-of-day debriefs Maintain clean and organized classroom and supply areas
Requirements:
High School Diploma required ; Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field preferred Previous experience working with children in a structured setting (e.g., childcare, camps, schools) Strong classroom management and leadership skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date) Must pass background check and meet all state licensing requirements Energetic, creative, and passionate about working with kids Why Join PA Kids?
