4/8/2026 Job Summary The Food Services Lead oversees the daily operation of the camp kitchen, ensuring meals are prepared and served safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved menu plans and nutrition requirements. This role supervises kitchen staff, supports food service operations, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment. Job Qualifications

• Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Have extensive training or documented experience in Food Services.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Utah Food Handlers' Permit.
