Aquatics Team Lead (College Students Encouraged to Apply) SwimKids Utah - Holladay, UT Looking to build real leadership experience while working in a high-energy, team-focused environment? SwimKids Utah is hiring a motivated, reliable team leader to help oversee our Aquatics Program. This role is ideal for college students or young professionals who want more than just a job-you'll gain hands-on experience leading a team, coaching others, and supporting daily operations in a growing business.

PAYBENEFITS

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead, coach, and support a team of swim instructors Help train new hires and reinforce company standards Ensure high-quality, consistent swim lessons Jump in to teach and lead by example when needed Provide excellent customer service to families Assist with front desk operations and scheduling Support the General Manager with daily operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Leadership experience (team lead, shift lead, club leadership, sports captain, etc.) Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and ability to motivate others Dependable and organized Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Passion for working with kids Ability to safely tread water while supervising students

SCHEDULE 15-29

hours per week

Monday-Friday:

8:30 AM - 8:00

PM Saturday:

8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Flexible shifts available to work around class schedules.
