The Role:

As our lead educator, you will manage a collaborative classroom workspace—utilizing our high-definition dual-screen presentation hubs, dedicated student laptops, and hands-on physical project stations. Our curriculum targets school-age and preschool children across key early development and grade-school milestone groups, ranging strictly from Ages 3 to 12 years old .
Core Summer Pillars & Curriculum Focus:
Lessons are built directly around our signature, interactive pillars designed to show how artificial intelligence serves as a tool to accelerate human creativity, expression, and scientific discovery for young minds:

Introducing campers to core computing logic, creative AI prompt design workflows, and introductory programming/block-coding formats suited to their age level.

Painting & Creative Visuals:
Merging high-tech design with traditional hands-on arts using tabletop wood display easels and adjustable canvas projects.
Planting & Nature Science:
Stepping outside the digital lab to explore real-world scientific applications using tactile canvas tote gardening kits and outdoor observation.
Key ResponsResponsibilities:
Multi-Age Instruction:
Adapt core technical and artistic concepts fluidly for small cohorts across our specified child development groups (spanning ages 3 to 12).
AI Curriculum Delivery:
Guide students through interactive projects using real-world generative AI and design tools, including structured prompt engineering, creative storytelling workflows, Canva layout mechanics, and introductory robotics block models.
Pillar Shift Management:
Transition the classroom layout seamlessly between computer coding layers, music creation modules, painting cycles, and outdoor nature experiments.
Classroom Operations:
Maintain immaculate workspace organization, enforce structured device safety, and ensure student equipment is properly handled and docked in our custom charging stations.
Parent Relations:
Present an exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming persona when greeting families during daily student check-in and check-out.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Teaching Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience leading a classroom, preschool, camp, or youth enrichment lab environment (experience working across varying developmental age windows between ages 3 and 12 is highly prioritized).
Technical Literacy:
Comfort with digital operating tools and tech interfaces. Direct proficiency or an active enthusiasm for learning browser-based Generative AI platforms, Canva design suites, scratch coding, or basic electronic robotics kits.
Dynamic Classroom Management:
Ability to keep highly curious children actively engaged, focused, and organized without relying on rigid, industrial classroom restrictions.
Compliance:
Willingness to pass standard state-level background screening structures and verify eligibility to work in an educational setting.
Education:
