Job Summary:
The Event Coordinator oversees the implementation, execution, and follow-up for events hosted on•and off-campus on a part-time basis. Creates invitations. Selects sites. Creates seating arrangements. Negotiates with florist, caterers, event space staff, print shops, etc. Manages on-site contract staff, students, and etc.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and some event planning or coordination experience; OR associate's degree and two (2) years of event planning or coordination experience; OR high school diploma or GED and four (4) years of event planning or coordination experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Event planning experience.
