Taproom Manager / Event Coordinator

Taproom Manager New Province Brewing Company Rogers, Arkansas Overview New Province Brewing Company is looking for a Taproom Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our taproom. This role is responsible for staff leadership, guest experience, and driving sales while keeping the space running efficiently and professionally. This is a hands-on position. You will be on the floor, working with the team, solving problems in real time, and setting the tone for how we operate. What You'll Do Manage daily taproom operations Lead, schedule, and develop front-of-house staff Maintain a high standard of customer experience and hospitality Drive taproom sales through staff engagement, upselling, and events Monitor inventory for beer, retail, and supplies Coordinate with production team on beer availability and launches Handle cash management, reporting, and basic administrative tasks Address customer issues quickly and professionally Help plan and execute events, releases, and promotions Keep the taproom clean, organized, and running smoothly What We're Looking For Strong leadership presence. You hold people accountable and lead by example Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Experience managing a team in hospitality, retail, or a similar setting Solid communication skills. Direct, clear, and respectful Organized and detail-oriented Willing to work nights and weekends Beer knowledge is a plus, but not required What Matters Most We care about reliability, attitude, and execution.
