Job Description
Summary:
Perry Consulting is a full service event/meeting planning company and the Event Assitant serves as an office assistant and on-site support for the events we manage. Responsibilities Include but are Not Limited to: Pre-event office prep work (vendor solicitation, securing bids, maintain registration list, auction item data entry and logistical support) Administrative duties (typing, answering phones, filing) Assist with event set-up and break down Assist with site décor Collaborate with vendors onsite to ensure continuity and flow of the event Provide excellent customer service to Perry Consulting clients and their guest Proactive communication with Event Manager to ensure seamless event management Provide administrative support to Event Manager when needed Job Details Area of Interest Hospitality & Tourism Employment Type Part Time Number of openings 1Similar remote jobs
