The Partnerships & Events Coordinator supports the development and execution of brand partnerships, sponsorships, and events that drive awareness and community engagement. This role works cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams to identify partnership opportunities, manage logistics, and ensure a seamless experience from planning through execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Support & Activation Assist in planning and executing local events including pop-ups, college activations, trade shows, and community events Coordinate day-to-day event logistics: setup, breakdown, materials, staffing support, and on-site execution Help manage event calendars, timelines, and checklists to ensure flawless delivery Serve as on-site support to ensure partners and guests have a premium experience Partner Relationship Support Act as a secondary point of contact for partners, maintaining consistent and proactive communication Support relationship-building efforts through timely follow-ups, order updates, and ongoing engagement Help identify opportunities to enhance partner satisfaction and long-term collaboration Order Management & Coordination Assist with partner orders from intake through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Coordinate with internal teams (operations, production, sales) to track order status and resolve issues Maintain organized records of partner orders, special requests, and fulfillment details Sales & Program Support Assist in executing partner-driven sales initiatives, including exclusive drops and event-based selling Track order volumes and partner sales activity, flagging trends or opportunities for growth Vendor & Logistics Coordination Support vendor sourcing and communication for local events (venues, catering, rentals, etc.) Assist in managing shipping, inventory movement, and event materials logistics Ensure all event and partner materials arrive on time and meet brand standards Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support execution Help align event needs with creative assets, product availability, and campaign timing Provide on-the-ground feedback to improve future partnership and event strategies Reporting & Administrative Support Track event attendance, partner engagement, and order performance metrics Assist in compiling recaps and reports for events and partner programs Maintain organized documentation for partnerships, events, and orders
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales leadership Experience planning and executing promotional or marketing events Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Excellent project management and organizational abilities Ability to travel as needed
