We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Event Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with customers, thrive in team-oriented environments, and are looking to develop professional communication and leadership skills. As a Customer Event Assistant, you will support customer engagement initiatives, assist with event coordination, and help create positive experiences for customers at promotional events and community outreach campaigns. This role offers hands-on training and opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced environment.
Customer Event Assistant Responsibilities:
Represent client brands at community events, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing information about available products, services, and promotions. Assist with event setup, organization, and day-to-day coordination to ensure successful campaign execution. Support customer enrollment and account assistance processes when applicable. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity. Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve event and customer engagement goals. Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on communication, customer service, and professional development. Help create a positive and welcoming experience for customers at every event.
Customer Event Assistant Qualifications:
Comfortable working in customer-facing environments. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Basic computer and technology skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is helpful but not required.
