Our team is dedicated to creating organized and engaging event experiences while supporting professional growth for employees. Job Summary We are seeking an Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals interested in developing organizational, communication, and event management skills in a professional setting. Responsibilities Assist with event planning, preparation, and logistical coordination. Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities. Coordinate schedules, materials, and event resources. Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members regarding event requirements. Help maintain event documentation and project records. Assist with attendee engagement and customer interactions during events. Monitor event activities to help ensure smooth operations. Support post-event reporting and administrative tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
