Project Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team for a high-end food and beverage event in Pebble Beach, California. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with ticket scanning to facilitate smooth entry processes.
• Support event coordination by managing timelines and schedules effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of event activities.
• Monitor and address issues promptly to maintain a high-quality experience.
• Uphold the dress code by wearing white polos or button-downs with khaki pants or skirts.
• Utilize project management tools and Microsoft Office for efficient task tracking.
• Communicate with staff and supervisors to address any operational needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the event.
• Ensure adherence to event policies and procedures.
