Project Assistant

We are looking for motivated Project Assistants to join our team on a contract basis for an exclusive event in Pebble Beach, California. This role involves supporting a high-end food and beverage event by ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Scan tickets efficiently to manage event entry and maintain accurate records.
• Support the coordination of event logistics to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
• Uphold the dress code standards, wearing white polo or button-down shirts and khaki pants or skirts.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues that arise during the event.
• Provide excellent customer service to attendees, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of conduct while representing the event and organization.
• Ensure adherence to the event schedule and assist with timeline management.
• Help set up and break down event spaces as needed.
• Follow all event policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
