Job Summary About Us Lakeview Estates & Winery is a thriving events venue dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and seamless event execution. We are seeking a passionate and organized Venue Coordinator to join our team. Position Overview As a Venue Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our events. You will oversee all aspects of venue operations, from securing bookings to coordinating logistics, ensuring smooth event execution, and providing outstanding service to clients and vendors. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Client Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
Venue Tours & Consultations:
Conduct tours and consultations with prospective clients to showcase the venue.
Sales & Lead Generation:
Reach out to potential clients, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into bookings.
Event Coordination:
Manage event logistics, coordinate with vendors and internal teams (including the catering team), oversee linens and other rentals, and ensure seamless execution of all event elements.
Event Set-Up & Breakdown:
Oversee setup and breakdown of events to meet client and venue expectations.
Manage Communication:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Office Organization:
Maintain office files, manage supplies, and coordinate appointments.
Office & Estate Management:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and estates.
Flexibility:
Must be available for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with event closings required. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude. Extensive sales experience.
