Full Job Description Event Coordinator Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of a variety of events. This role is responsible for coordinating all event logistics, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and supporting business growth through client relationship development and event sales efforts. Key Responsibilities Coordinate event details from initial inquiry through successful completion. Assist clients with planning and organizing events, meetings, celebrations, and special gatherings. Manage company-hosted events, promotions, and special programs. Conduct facility tours and present event offerings to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized event packages and pricing. Prepare and maintain event documentation, schedules, contracts, and timelines. Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown while serving as the primary onsite contact. Partner with leadership to maintain and improve service quality and operational standards. Communicate effectively with multiple departments to ensure seamless event execution. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Generate new business through networking, outreach, referrals, and follow-up activities. Monitor event budgets, profitability, invoicing, and related administrative functions. Conduct post-event follow-up and gather feedback to improve future events. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, customer service, catering, sales, or a related field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Experience with budgeting, sales, contract management, or event coordination is preferred.
