Temp Job / 1 Day Join our event as an Event Helper and be a vital contributor to creating a memorable experiences for guests and vendors at our event. This energetic role involves assisting with event setup and teardown, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction, and supporting event staff in delivering assistance during the event. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging equipment, decorations, and guest seating. Directing Vendors to booth spaces. Sitting at watching Booth Spaces while vendor takes a break to the restroom. Sitting at informational booth to answer any questions. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and guiding them throughout the event. Support guest services by managing crowd flow, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a safe environment for all attendees. Manage conflicts or disruptions professionally to maintain a positive atmosphere for guests and staff. Collaborate with team members to coordinate any troubleshoot issues on the spot. Support activities such as taking photos for our guest at our photo backdrop. Ensure rules and safety is being met. Qualifications Previous experience in event helper role, hospitality, or customer service is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills. Able to lift 30-40lbs Able to bend, swoop down, set tables, Help setup popup tents. Ability to work independently. Comfortable working in walking, standing, and or sitting. Pay:
$23.00 - $24.00 per hour
