Job Description

Senior Manager, Events This role leads the strategy, planning, and delivery of high-visibility events across professional, consumer, and internal audiences. The position is responsible for creating polished, brand-forward experiences, overseeing event operations from concept through execution, and ensuring each program supports business goals, audience engagement, and measurable results. Direct the planning and execution of major live events, including industry conferences, educational programs, brand experiences, leadership meetings, and employee gatherings. Own the full event lifecycle, from initial concept and timeline development through onsite management and post-event evaluation. Manage venue sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, catering, production, registration, signage, travel coordination, and all related logistics. Build and oversee budgets for multiple events, balancing premium execution with cost control and financial accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align event goals, messaging, programming, guest strategy, and promotional support. Develop detailed project plans, production schedules, and event briefs to keep stakeholders aligned and deliverables on track. Guide the creation of invitations, event collateral, attendee communications, and supporting marketing assets in partnership with internal creative teams. Lead onsite event operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience, strong brand presentation, and smooth coordination across vendors and internal teams. Supervise and mentor junior event team members, delegating responsibilities effectively while supporting growth and performance. Partner with content and social teams to capture event moments for future marketing, brand storytelling, and digital distribution. Monitor event outcomes through attendance data, budget performance, stakeholder feedback, and business impact reporting. Identify opportunities to elevate event quality, improve processes, and introduce new ideas based on market trends and audience expectations. Represent the brand professionally at industry functions and live programs, maintaining a high standard of presentation and execution. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, event management, or a related field. Several years of progressive experience leading events for premium brands, consumer-facing organizations, or highly regulated professional audiences. Demonstrated success managing complex programs with significant budgets and multiple stakeholders. Strong expertise in vendor management, contract review, and operational planning. Excellent organizational, communication, and project leadership skills. Experience managing direct reports and building high-performing teams. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and travel requirements.
