Campus Development Coordinator Saddleback Valley Community Church - 4.2 Lake Forest, CA Job Details Part-time $22 - $24 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Project team coordination Volunteer support Google Workspace Confidential information handling Volunteer management Operations coordination planning Mid-level Event scheduling Administrative experience Adobe Premiere Pro Canva Volunteer coordination program management Bachelor's degree Task prioritization Decision making Collaborative technology platforms Volunteer coordination Presentation creation Event setup Cross-functional collaboration Volunteer recruitment Video editing Communication skills Event on-site coordination Logistics planning Cross-functional communication Media editing tools Full Job Description What you will do: Systems, Communication & Reporting Set up and maintain campus events on The Rock event calendar Assist with church-wide events by collecting information from campuses Distribute weekend service scripts to campuses Operations, Project, & Team Support Coordinate and execute logistics, creative projects, and media needs for the Campus Development Team and campuses Coordinate follow-up and implementation support for Engagement Pathway initiatives Coordinate and support follow-through of key Campus Development initiatives Support Campus Pastor hiring and onboarding processes Support coordination and execution of team projects as needed Assist with Service Review support Support logistics for CP Summit and Return Gathering Recruit, develop, and manage volunteers as needed Attend team meetings as well as Saddleback all-staff meetings and trainings What you have done: Experience 2+ years of project coordination, operations, administrative support, or ministry support experience preferred Experience coordinating multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously Experience coordinating events, logistics, communications, and organizational systems Experience working with volunteers, ministry leaders, or cross-functional teams preferred Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) strongly preferred Education Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Equivalent work experience may be considered Skills and Abilities Advanced proficiency in Canva, including creating and editing graphics, presentations, and communication resources Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite highly preferred Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Strong follow-through and ability to move projects from planning to completion Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Familiarity with church systems (especially The Rock) highly preferred Proficiency with Google Workspace and digital collaboration tools Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Creative, adaptable, and resourceful in a fast-paced ministry environment Decision Making Makes day-to-day decisions related to projects, communication, and operational support Partners with ministry leadership on larger decisions, priorities, and project implementation
Unique Working Conditions:
Occasional evening and weekend responsibilities for church events and meetings May travel to campuses or ministry events as needed Fast-paced ministry environment requiring flexibility Saddleback Church's pay philosophy is based on internal and external data for pay equity and budgetary considerations for effective stewardship. The estimated pay rate for this position is $22-$24 annually/hourly, depending on experience. We will provide a pay rate within our salary structure that fits a candidate's qualifications and experience for the job. The posted wage range does not guarantee a specific job offer.
