• We are a unique rustic-farmhouse event venue located in the heart of Irvine/Lake Forest, CA. We host weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and private celebrations for groups of 50 to 275 guests. Our all-inclusive pricing model makes us one of the most competitive and sought-after venues in Orange County — and we're growing.
• The Role
• We're looking for a motivated, people-person who can wear two hats: sales and event coordination.

You'll be the face of our venue — giving tours, following up with leads, closing bookings, and then seeing those events through to a successful finish. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves events, is great with people, and wants to earn real money through commissions on top of their hourly pay.

• What You'll Do
• Respond to inquiries and schedule venue tours for prospective clients Give engaging, informative tours of the venue and close bookings Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text Actively prospect and network to bring in new business (weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, etc.

) Coordinate event-day logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from booking through event completion Ensure clients and guests have an exceptional experience Assist with social media content capture at events when possible

• What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in event coordination, venue sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST Confident, outgoing, and genuinely loves working with people Highly organized with strong follow-through Comfortable working evenings and weekends when events are scheduled Self-starter who can hustle for commissions without needing to be micromanaged Familiarity with the local Orange County market is a bonus•Compensation•$22•28 per hour for event coordination and on-site management 5% commission on every event you bring in and book

Example:

A 150-person wedding booking at $65/person = ~$9,750 event value → you earn $488 in commission on top of your hourly pay Flexible part-time or full-time schedule depending on your availability
