The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for the event industry. This is a part-time, on-call position with the opportunity for additional hours based on event schedule.

Responsibilities:

Pack, load and unload event supplies, rentals and equipment Drive company car to event Arrive on-site at least 2 hours before the event start time to assist with setup Help coordinate and manage all aspects of the event setup and breakdown Greet and assist guests as needed Beverage Service (experience is a huge plus) Food Service, prep and create gorgeous food displays Monitor and maintain cleanliness of event space Respond to and resolve any issues that may arise during the event Work closely with event coordinators to ensure a successful event Follow all safety and emergency procedures

Manage Vendors Qualifications:

Food Handler Certificate Alcohol Certificates a plus 2+ Years Event or Restaurant Management Experience Strong communication and customer service skills with high-end clientele Ability to lift and move equipment and materials up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Ability to work well in a team environment and independently Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to Commute to Boston area (Required)

MUST HAVE A VALID CA DRIVER'S LICENSE IN GOOD STANDING WITH NO TICKETS OR ACCIDENTS
