Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their leadership, communication, and organizational skills while gaining valuable experience in event operations. Responsibilities Assist with coordinating event schedules, logistics, and operational plans. Help ensure event materials, displays, and resources are prepared and organized. Welcome attendees and provide information regarding event activities and promotions. Monitor event operations and assist with resolving day-to-day challenges. Maintain event records, reports, and project documentation. Support attendee engagement and customer interaction efforts. Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting. Contribute to the overall success of promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset.
