Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and are looking to build experience in event coordination, logistics, and team collaboration. Responsibilities Assist with planning, organizing, and executing promotional events and outreach activities. Coordinate event materials, schedules, and logistics with team members. Engage with attendees and provide information about products, services, and promotions. Monitor event activities and assist in resolving on-site needs. Maintain accurate records of event participation and performance. Support promotional campaigns tied to events and outreach efforts. Assist with post-event reporting and documentation. Contribute ideas to improve event efficiency and attendee experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn and take initiative.
