7 August Apparel is looking for a Event Coordinator to join our creative team and help bring our concepts to life. Based in the heart of the LA Fashion District, we're a fast-growing B2B apparel company behind popular brands like Endless Rose, English Factory, Grey Lab, and Free the Roses . Since 2011, we've built a reputation for delivering on-trend, high-quality fashion and we're just getting started. What you will do : Event Planning & Execution Coordinate logistics for brand events, influencer activations, showroom appointments, and pop-ups Assist with venue sourcing, timelines, run-of-show, and vendor coordination Manage event schedules, setup, breakdown, and on-site support Ensure events align with brand aesthetic and messaging PR & Influencer Support Coordinate guest lists including influencers, editors, stylists, and VIPs Track RSVPs, confirmations, and attendance Support influencer gifting, check-ins, and content coordination during events Assist with post-event follow-ups and thank-you communications Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with PR, marketing, brand, and sales teams to support launches and campaigns Coordinate product samples, signage, swag, and event materials Liaise with photographers, stylists, catering, production, and external vendors Budget & Administrative Support Assist with tracking event budgets and expenses Maintain event calendars, contact lists, and planning documents Support recap reporting including attendance, influencer reach, and press highlights What we looking for : 1-3 years of experience in events, PR, fashion, or influencer marketing Apparel or fashion brand experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working evenings/weekends for events as needed Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
